Personal Information

No personal information is collected by AffiliateManager from visitors to our website, or when viewing pages on our website. We also do not collect or harvest the EMail addresses of people who EMail us directly. We only use them to respond to your queries. We do use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. But IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Order

Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. Some of this information is provided to AffiliateManager (such as name and address, and e-mail address, but not credit card numbers) and is used for order fulfillment. When placing an order, you should be aware that the order is placed with a third party distributor, on their web site. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

AffiliateManager Software's website does not use any cookies. Third party processor websites, however, may set a cookie to identify affiliate sales information.

Mailing list

Our users are given the opportunity to receive additional information via our mailing list service from our home page, and are required to provide such information when downloading trialware or software. REFUND POLICY

All AffiliateManager Software products are available for a 60-day money-back guarantee. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. Evaluation software may be downloaded from most of shareware download web sites, or directly from www.ManageYourAffiliates.com. After purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with the software you registered, you can send e-mail to reg@ManageYourAffiliates.com to disclaim a money-back.

Refund requests must be sent within 60 days after purchase. No partial or full refunds will be granted after this time.

Please keep in mind that NOT every refund request will be accepted. We will issue a refund only in these two cases:

1. The software actually brings inconvenience to you and you are not completely satisfied with it.
2. You have not received any registration information (Unlocker) from us.

We could not issue a refund for any cause that is out of our control, for example:

1. Your computer failed for any reason, or there was an email problem.
2. You lost your registration information.
