| AffiliateManager Software Support Information |
Installing AffiliateManagerPro:
You should have downloaded the executable file by now. If not, the email you received when you downloaded it has the link to download. Download the .EXE file, and save it to the location of your choice on your computer. (Most common is the Desktop or My Documents). Double-click the installer file, and follow the prompts. Once the installer has completed, close it out (if it has not already).
AffiliateManagerPro can be found in Start -> All Programs -> AffiliateManager Software -> AffiliateManagerPro. |
Running AffiliateManagerPro:
When AffiliateManagerPro launches, you will be presented with a splash screen. If you are just trying out the software for the trial period, click "Try". The splash screen will dissapear, and the program will open to the opening view.
Purchasing and Registering AffiliateManagerPro:
If you would like to purchase AffiliateManagerPro during your trial (or after it is expired), click "Order" on the splash screen. You will be taken to our website's order page, and you may purchase from there. Once you purchase, you will be directed to a registration screen. You MUST fill out all the fields in order to get an unlocker. These fields are:
- Full Name
- Clickbank Receipt Number
- Email Address
- Registration Number
The Registration Number is the number in the LOWER LEFT of the splash screen. You may right-click on this and choose "Copy", and then paste it into the registration form on our website. It may take up to 24 hours to process your registration, so please do not be alarmed if you don't get an unlock code immediately.
You will receive an unlock code by email. When you do, Launch AffiliateManagerPro, and click "Register" on the splash screen. Enter the unlock code we provided and your Clickbank receipt number in the corresponding fields, then click "OK". The splash screen will disappear, and never appear again!

You may deactivate AffiliateManagerPro at any time by holding down Shift-F1 while launching the program. Paste the deactivation code along with the other requested information (see the policy page) into an email and send it to reg@manageyouraffiliates.com. |
